terms of service To be an authorized affiliate of www.intotext.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. You agree to refrain from: a) using IntoText information in what might be considered to be CAN-SPAM activity; b) making any representations or warranties with respect to the Products, except those representations and warranties authorized in writing by Company in the form of brochures, memorandum, press releases, advertisements, software license agreements, specification sheets or correspondence; c) posting, advertising, listing or otherwise offering the Products for sale at a specified or general price on any website, bulletin board, discussion site or other transmission associated with the world wide web or internet. You are a licensed Realtor, builder, contractor or project engineer in your state or country. IntoText agrees to pay you a referral fee of $100 to $3000 for any referral who purchases a BuilderWerks software system and based on the total purchase by the referred client over a one year period following an initial purchase with the total fee to be determined at the sole descretion of IntoText management.
